Six Years of Going, “To Space for Earth”

Six years ago, Dylan Taylor founded Space for Humanity with a bold and ambitious goal: to open space for everyone and to create a more connected and compassionate world.

Our mission is to send purpose-driven leaders to space and to inspire them to use the Overview Effect: the cognitive shift that occurs when you see Earth from space.

We believe that this perspective can transform the way we think, feel, and act towards our planet and each other. We believe that this perspective can help us solve our most intractable challenges and create a more sustainable and peaceful future for humanity.

But what does it mean to go “to space for Earth”?

In this video, members of our amazing team, board of directors, and board of advisors share their personal and professional insights on this question. They explain why they are passionate about our mission, how they have been influenced by the Overview Effect, and what they hope to achieve through our work.

We invite you to watch and join us in celebrating our anniversary and our vision for the future.

Thank you for being part of our journey and our community. You are the reason we do what we do. You are the ones who support us, inspire us, and challenge us to grow and improve. You are the ones who share our message, join our programs, and spread the Overview Effect.

Together, we are Space for Humanity. And that means everyone.

To space, for Earth.
