Change Agent for Good. Adam sold his business 3 years ago and has used this time to become a better global citizen. He has traveled extensively with his family, but after falling in love with the British Virgin Islands, he continued to stay active there and in the Greater Caribbean area. His work there fosters entrepreneurship, business governance, digital transformation, and an economic revolution for an area striving to break out of the restrictions of their tourist-based economy.

Adam has had an unusually diverse and broad career ranging from the server room, to the board room, to the classroom, and beyond. This diverse background has enabled him to assume the role of thought leader, speaker, author, business executive, and change agent. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of a Behavioral Science Cybersecurity Startup, Hook Security. Adam is uniquely positioned to bring tremendous value to any organization by his extensive 20 year background as an Executive and an Entrepreneur.
Adam sold his cyber security company in 2018 and launched several other ventures. The one that he is focused on now was sparked after spending a week on Necker Island in 2019 with a group of amazing people, including Richard Branson, President Santos of Columbia, Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay of Bhutan, and Martian Luther King III, Adam and his wife Kerry Anderson decided to set up an initiative (Ansuz Group) to help countries and governments transform through the adoption of the digital economy. Did he just do a bit of name dropping and it’s only the second paragraph? Yes, yes he did. But there is a reason for it. His interaction with these people is the foundation that most of he and his wife’s non-profit and international work is based on. While on the island, he was faced with an important question while playing beach volleyball with two heads of state. The question was, “Should he talk trash to and attempt to spike the ball on the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize winner???”.
He is happy to share that story face to face over an adult beverage.
Adam believes that digital transformation of governments and businesses lead to transformation of economies. Combining digital transformation with innovation and ideation can change the direction of an organization and leapfrog over current leaders.
