Aisha Siad/Maikala Harris (she/her) is a passionate educator, advocate, and innovative strategist. Working as an inclusive specialized teacher in Canada, Mexico, Kenya, Macao, and Dubai she experienced the power of education and the importance of creating differentiation for all learners to find success.
Throughout her career as an educator, HR professional, and consultant, Aisha honed her skills training about inclusive practices and providing resources and tangible tools to make schools and businesses inherently inclusive.
Aisha is the CEO and founder of Universal Inclusion, which specializes in pointing the Space industry into an inclusive trajectory on Earth and as we travel amongst the stars.
She is also the Director of Programs at Space for Humanity (S4H). In this role she is the designer and director of the Citizen Astronaut and Alternate program and leads the S4H Inclusion Council. Her goal is to ensure that the human experience associated with Space for Humanity is that of community, empowerment, and deep connection to the S4H Mission.
Aisha is currently based in Egypt. In her downtime she enjoys leather working, exploring new cafes, and restoring furniture.
