Nadine Nicole is a Filipina-German actress, most notably recognized for her portrayal of Clarissa Mao in Amazon Prime’s The Expanse, which has garnered critical acclaim for its scientific accuracy and innovative storytelling. Beyond acting, Nadine is the founder of True Connection, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of interconnectedness—for ourselves, each other, and the planet. This year, True Connection is launching The Centered Self: A Guide and Journal to Rewriting Your Life’s Narrative, a project aimed at empowering individuals on their journey to holistic self-integration.

In her role as an advisor to Space For Humanity, Nadine helps provide transformative space experiences for purpose-driven leaders. She is deeply committed to ensuring that space exploration is inclusive and serves as a platform for social change, empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds to shape the future of space and our collective future.

Nadine’s journey in social impact began in Los Angeles, where she taught theater to developmentally disabled adults at Mi-STAR nonprofit. She went on to serve as CEO of HOW (Helping Others Worldwide) Nonprofit, where she led Healing Arts Programs for orphaned youth in Sierra Leone, Africa. This experience inspired her to found True Connection in 2012, expanding her work locally in Los Angeles and Compton to offer Healing Arts programming to at-risk youth.

As a woman committed to creating sustainable, inclusive solutions, Nadine is also preparing to launch Yari Designs, a fine jewelry brand focused on promoting diversity and empowering women, and Shared Elegance, a sustainable fashion initiative centered on circular economy principles.
