JULY — The Search for Tomorrow's Space Communicators

We may have only one update this month, but it's a doozie!

This August, Space for Humanity will launch an unforgettable experience designed to inspire the next generation of space and science communicators. Through “Take Off in Zero-G,” a select group of aspiring creators from regions where space and science communication is underrepresented will travel to Bordeaux, France, to experience weightlessness aboard a Space for Humanity Air Zero G flight.

But this is far more than a mere thrilling ride. Participants will also receive mentorship and training from established science communicators, helping them develop their storytelling skills, launch their own science-focused social media channels, and inspire others through the wonder of space exploration. Our goal is simple: to ensure the story of humanity's future among the stars is told by many voices, not just a few.

Applications have now officially closed, and the response has been incredible! We received more than 140 applications from 40 countries, each sharing a unique perspective and a passion for space, STEM, and science communication.

Our team is now reviewing each and every application, and we'll announce this year's participants and mentors very soon.

We can't wait to introduce you to the remarkable individuals who will soon be floating weightless, and helping inspire countless others to look up.

See you next month!
